Breakfast Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Fairfield Inn & Suites located in Fresno, CA. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up the breakfast room as described by housekeeping supervisor and management.
• Provide prompt and professional service during meal functions.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workstation at all times.
• Inform supervisor of any problems and/or guest complaints.
• Assist other employees when needed.
• Be neat, well groomed, and in proper uniform.
• Adhere to all company policies as well as brand standards.
• Stock the breakfast room as needed.
• Put all food away after breakfast in correct packaging and areas.
• Clean all the tables.
• Sweep and mop the floor.
• Wash and put away all the dishes.
• Move the coffee bar and all items needed to the lobby and fully stock it.
• Every week prepare an inventory list of breakfast items.
• Every week receive and put away the breakfast items when they are delivered.
• Be trained in housekeeping as you will be given guest room duties.
• Take and complete a course to receive a food service handling card.
• Performs any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

Must have the ability to lift, bend, move heavy equipment, and remain on one's feet for extended periods of time.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds at one time.

Must have good communication skills.

Must be team oriented and dedicated to providing excellent service and ensuring that the brand's highest standards are met.

Each team member is considered a salesperson for the property.

Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
