Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000 to $175,000 per year.

Job Description

This leadership role involves overseeing all aspects of pediatric rehabilitation, including program development, quality oversight, education, and direct patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric rehabilitation and excellent leadership skills.

  • Full daily operational oversight

  • Education, training, and mentorship for pediatric staff

  • Program Development - Creating strategic initiatives to drive excellence, innovation, and growth
  • Monitoring of key performance indicators
  • Clinical excellence: Ensure clinical consistency across service locations

  • Fiscal oversight
  • Partnership with Pediatric service line and interdisciplinary team
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current NYS Physical Therapy licensure
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, DPT preferred
  • 7+ years experience in Pediatric Rehabilitation
  • 5+ years supervisory experience
  • Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent multi-disciplinary communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to influence others and develop teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • PCS board certification, preferred
