Responsibilities- Prepare and bake a variety of bread and pastry items, including scones, cookies, and pies.
- Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure high-quality products.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Clean and maintain the kitchen and equipment to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to meet production demands and ensure timely delivery of products.
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen.
- Ability to follow recipes and guidelines.
- Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production demands.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
