Welcome to Warner Bros. Discovery, where the magic of storytelling comes alive. We're seeking a talented Sales Associate, Personalization to join our team at the Flagship Wizarding World store in New York City.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that brings the Wizarding World to life for fans and super fans alike. As a Sales Associate, Personalization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maximizing customer engagement, and completing personalization orders to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities- Provide seamless customer experiences, ensuring a positive and memorable interaction with every guest.
- Assist customers with personalization purchases, ensuring accurate completion of the intake process.
- Responsible for cascading customer feedback to the correct channels of communication.
- Accurately complete personalization orders, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.
- Perform register and cash handling duties, ensuring all transactions are complete and accurate.
- Operate equipment such as heat press, embroidery, metal engraving, embossing, and laser engraving.
- Follow safety and compliance protocols, teaching and exhibiting best practices to colleagues.
- Responsible for accurate logging of customer order information to the customer order log.
- Meet delegated daily, monthly, or quarterly sales goals, following the steps of sales in each customer engagement.
- Minimum 6 months experience working at a premium retail flagship store.
- Experience in personalization, costuming, metal engraving, laser engraving, heat press, and dewing machines beneficial but not essential.
- Knowledge of the Harry Potter series and background.
- Demonstrated customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail, basic numerical skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the operating needs of the business.
Warner Bros. Discovery offers a competitive pay rate of $19 per hour, plus a range of benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
