We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Buyer's Agent to join our team at Keller Williams in El Cajon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, assessing homebuyers' needs, and facilitating successful sales transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a strong network of prospective homebuyers and sellers
- Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers to ensure a smooth transaction process
- Prepare and execute representation contracts, purchase agreements, and other necessary documents
- Host open houses and engage with potential clients to introduce them to the local real estate market
- Search for and present homes that meet the needs and budget of prospective buyers
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel by car
- Familiarity with the local real estate market and current trends
- Established track record of successful real estate sales
