About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Inspired Living Ocoee. As a Care Partner, you will play a vital role in providing routine care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Assist with medication administration and monitoring, as prescribed by healthcare providers
  • Document resident care, leisure activities, and any changes in their condition
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect resident rights and wishes
  • Report any incidents, accidents, or concerns to supervisors
