Job Title: Physical Therapist - Travel Assignment

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, NH. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized care plans and provide rehabilitation services to help them achieve their goals.

Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities and developing treatment plans to improve their mobility and function. You will work with patients of all ages and backgrounds, providing one-on-one therapy sessions and group classes to promote physical activity and wellness.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans to improve their mobility and function

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Certification from an accredited program
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion
  • Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension
  • Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
