Job Summary

Rush Enterprises is seeking a skilled Parts Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering parts to customers and suppliers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Responsibilities
  • Pick up and deliver parts to customer, wholesale accounts, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate last-minute pick-ups or deliveries before leaving the warehouse.
  • Assist with pulling customer orders when requested.
  • Verify that invoices match purchase orders for each pick-up.
  • Check payments received with invoices for each delivery.
  • Keep accurate logs of daily deliveries and pick-ups, requesting recipient signatures on each delivery entry.
  • Unload trucks each night, turning in all paperwork and undelivered parts.
  • Assist with stocking and posting orders when they arrive to expedite delivery to shop technicians and retail accounts.
  • Support warehouse operations as requested by leadership.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Three months' experience in customer and delivery services.
  • Current and valid driver's license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company's insurance carrier.
