Apprentice Technician

Responsibilities: As a Mechanic for Heavy Equipment Rentals, your primary responsibilities will include practicing safe job practices for repairing equipment, utilizing technology (laptops and tablets) comfortably, and maintaining accurate documentation of work performed. You will also be expected to assist in the training of lower-level technicians, assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts, and travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance of rental or customer-owned equipment when required.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have superior customer service skills, advanced mechanical aptitude, working knowledge of tools, and excellent communication skills. A high school diploma or trade school certificate is preferred, as well as experience in field service, maintenance, and repair. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is also required.
