Join Our Neurosciences Team

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group is a leading healthcare provider seeking a board-certified or board-eligible neurologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a neurohospitalist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in our state-of-the-art Time Sensitive Emergency Level 1 (Comprehensive) Stroke Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inpatient care for stroke and general neurology patients
  • Collaborate with a robust Neurosciences team, including neurosurgeons, neurologists, and vascular neurologists
  • Participate in diagnostic and patient care services, including EMG, EEG, TCD, and Botox injection
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of stroke care protocols
Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
  • Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency-training program in Neurology
  • Board certification or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment
  • Obtain Idaho medical licensure and granting of privileges at Saint Alphonsus and affiliated hospitals as needed
