Store Director

Overview

GPM Investments LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our expanding team of retail professionals. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Management: Motivate and guide a diverse team of 8 to 15 members to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
• Store Operations: Ensure the store is stocked with fresh products, maintain a clean and safe environment, and implement effective inventory management practices.
• Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales across all shifts, including implementing sales programs and promotions.
• Expense Control: Employ proactive methods to manage store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
• Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric mindset and ensure exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Recruitment and Training: Hire and develop customer-focused team members, providing ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Safety and Motivation: Promote a safe and motivating work environment, encouraging team growth and development.

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older for AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO/ 21 years of age for all other states
• Retail and/or Food Management experience
• Willingness to work any shift as needed, offering flexibility and adaptability
• Occasional travel for regional and district meetings
• Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle
• Customer-centric mindset
• Ability to clear a pre-employment drug screen and criminal history check
