Caretaker

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Caretaker to join our team at Real Estate Equities. As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the exceptional cleanliness of our properties, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our residents.

• Provide exceptional customer service and foster positive resident relations
• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
• Assist with snow removal, grounds upkeep, and other maintenance tasks as needed
• Report any malfunctions or damages to common areas to the supervisor
• Practice safe and proper use of equipment and materials

• One year of previous caretaking or related cleaning experience preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning standards and techniques
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in extremes of climate/temperature (-20 to 110 degrees), rain, snow

• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, pull, and push
• Ability to lift 40 pounds to chest height
