Job Opportunity

Cayuga Centers is seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Based Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our Functional Family Therapy (FFT) program, you will work with youth ages 10-18 and their families to provide evidence-based, family-focused therapy.

About the Role:

  • Provide clinical assessment, evaluation, and family therapy services to children, youth, and families
  • Utilize a strengths-based and trauma-informed practice to help families identify their strengths and needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each family
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Services or related field
  • License and/or Limited Permit in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Creative Arts Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling
  • Experience working with children and families in a community-based or 'in-home' setting
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Strong belief in the capacity of people to grow and change
