The Signature Store Visual Lead will enhance overall store sales by fostering a visually appealing shopping environment.

  • Lead department managers and specialists in visual presentation efforts, ensuring cohesive physical displays.
  • Educate new signature store teams on brand aesthetics and company objectives.
  • Maintain daily communication with the store planning team regarding project statuses.
  • Create merchandise displays aligned with The Paper Store visual guidelines to stimulate sales and enhance the shopping experience.
  • Assist in developing training materials for visual presentation across other signature stores.
  • Drive innovation and devise creative solutions to merchandising challenges.
  • Implement company visual merchandising planograms within designated timelines to boost sales.
  • After thorough training, perform ear piercings while adhering to health and safety guidelines (in select locations).
  • Support the planning and execution of key initiatives and rollouts.
  • Complete all directives and updates within specified timeframes.
  • Ensure all marketing and promotional signage is current and accurately displayed.
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection of visual merchandising associates.
  • Demonstrate the ability to think creatively to influence visual decisions in stores.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in specialty retail visual merchandising is essential.
  • A BS/BA degree is required, preferably in visual merchandising.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in retail visual merchandising.
  • Exceptional merchandising skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Capability to influence and motivate team members.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to train and develop others.
  • Awareness of industry trends and market competition.
