Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our landscape maintenance team in Atlanta, GA. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional quality and client service.

About the Role

This full-time position involves leading a team of 3-5 maintenance crews, comprising 8-12 field team members. The successful candidate will spend approximately 90% of their time in the field, overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the maintenance team to achieve exceptional quality and efficiency standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including training, recruiting, and retaining team members.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience in landscape maintenance, with a strong background in crew leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • A clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
