The Department of Transplant at Mayo Clinic in Florida is seeking a highly skilled liver transplant specialist to enhance our growing multidisciplinary program that integrates hepatology and liver transplantation.

Applicants must be board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Internal Medicine and Transplant Hepatology, with a strong interest in clinical practice, research, and education.

The Mayo Clinic Florida Department of Transplant is renowned for delivering some of the most comprehensive and compassionate transplant care globally.

In the past year, our Transplant Programs across Florida, Arizona, and Minnesota have performed a significant number of liver transplants, showcasing our leadership in innovative transplant research and a collaborative approach to patient care.

The ideal candidate will have completed training in Gastroenterology, with additional specialized training in Transplant Hepatology.

Engagement in research across various domains is highly encouraged, including clinical trials, the application of artificial intelligence, equitable care, or any relevant research initiatives in transplant hepatology.

Educational involvement includes mentoring and teaching medical students and fellows.

There are exceptional opportunities to advance clinical practice and research utilizing the Mayo Clinic Model of Care, with the chance to work within one of the largest liver transplant programs in the nation.
