- Assist in the design and development of infrastructure systems, including data warehouses and data lakes.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E6 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant with 5 years of experience or in lieu of an advanced degree, 10 years of relevant experience.
- A minimum requirement for this U.S.-based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Scala. Experience with Java or C# is a plus.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or equivalent, Azure Synapse Analytics, AWS Redshift, or equivalent, SQL Database, Azure Blob Storage or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Data warehousing and ETL processes, Data modeling and schema design, Data governance and security, Real-time data processing and streaming, Performance tuning and optimization.
- Experience with Databricks Technologies: Unity Catalog, Workflows, Delta Live Tables, Asset Bundles. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines - Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Experience with machine learning and AI integration.
