We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at the Joliet Plant. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring the successful execution of manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of employees to achieve production goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external standards and legislation
  • Recommend and implement measures to improve departmental productivity and efficiencies
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate and reinforce plant plans in area of responsibility
  • Ensure a safe working environment for employees
  • Partner with internal and external contacts to proactively avoid quality and environmental issues
  • Provide formal and informal reporting on plant performance and issues
Requirements
  • High School Diploma and 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment or Bachelor's degree
  • Immigration Sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
  • Experience in production supervision
  • Experience in quality control in a chemical manufacturing environment
  • TPM experience
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Microsoft Power Suite
  • Experience with SAP
