**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to join our team at DH2 Group. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading our enrollment efforts and driving business growth in your assigned region.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Consult with Families:** Collaborate with families to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions to meet their goals.
- **Enroll Students:** Develop and execute strategies to enroll students in our programs, and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- **Achieve Enrollment Targets:** Set and achieve enrollment targets, and continuously monitor and adjust strategies to meet or exceed goals.
- **Execute Local Marketing Activities:** Develop and implement local marketing plans to promote our programs and services, and increase brand awareness.
- **Participate in Team Management:** Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, and ensure effective team management.
