We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hydrogeologist to join our team at HDR. As a key member of our environmental remediation team, you will be responsible for leading complex hydrogeologic and environmental field investigations in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead field investigations and oversee data collection, processing, analysis, and interpretation
  • Develop and implement high-resolution site characterization strategies
  • Use modern remediation hydrogeology concepts to support complex groundwater remediation strategies
  • Develop and oversee field team leaders and junior staff
  • Prepare reports and proposals, and provide project management support

Requirements:

  • Professional Geologist (PG) certification (NY or PA preferred)
  • Experience with quantitative hydrogeology and numerical and analytical software
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and travel as needed
