- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements and maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage maintenance budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of assets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of maintenance materials and services.
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure maintenance personnel have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
