We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse LPN to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:- Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care
- Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care
- Administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Documenting care provided in our system of record
- Providing health education and training to family members
- Accepting and writing verbal orders from physicians as required
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience
- Reliable transportation
