About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at Ascension Via Christi. As an Audiologist, you will be responsible for performing audiological and vestibular function testing, developing hearing correction plans of care for patients with audiological impairments, and providing hearing device modifications.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic testing to assess patient's hearing and vestibular status and to determine appropriate treatment.
  • Develop, document, implement and evaluate hearing correction plans.
  • Educate and counsel patients, caregivers and family members on treatment options and continuing care.
  • Provide hearing device modifications and ensure proper fitting and adjustment.
Requirements
  • Audiologist credentialed from the Kansas Adult Care Home Administrators, Audiologists, Dietitians and Speech-Language Pathologists obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Doctorate of Audiology (AudD) required.
