Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator Spine Med Surg is a registered nurse who provides high-quality patient care and coordinates the activities of the nursing team. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate the activities of the nursing team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop plans of care that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure that patient needs are met and that care is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
  • Current AHA or ARC BLS certification.
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; BSN desirable.
  • Two to four years acute care/specialty nursing experience desirable.
  • 1 to 3 years previous experience in charge/supervisory position desirable.
