Job Description**Job Summary**
Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Bowie location. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire store experience, including scheduling, inventory management, employee development, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the store, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain logistics to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and employee performance to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a restaurant or retail management role.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Knowledge of inventory management, scheduling, and customer relationship management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
