Job Description

**Job Summary**

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Bowie location. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire store experience, including scheduling, inventory management, employee development, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the store, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain logistics to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and employee performance to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a restaurant or retail management role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, scheduling, and customer relationship management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
