Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Baler Operator to work with our partner company in Lewisburg, TN. As a Baler Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery and equipment in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain baler and shredder equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines as needed
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Requirements
  • Experience operating machinery, such as balers and shredders
  • Knowledge of mechanical principles and ability to perform basic mechanical tasks
  • Familiarity with tools and equipment used in manufacturing processes
  • Familiarity with machine controls is a plus
