Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Floral Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our floral department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the appearance and quality of our floral products, and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Receive, cut, and mark product to maintain high-quality standards
- Water live plants and stock shelves/displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment
- Prepare customer orders for floral arrangements, balloons, plants, etc., to meet customer needs and expectations
- Maintain neat, clean, and attractive department conditions to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
- Ensure proper operation of and temperatures in coolers and cases to prevent spoilage and maintain product freshness
- Utilize technology to manage inventory, process transactions, and perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lift up to 25 pounds. You should also be familiar with basic math concepts and be able to accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
