Salary Information

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $21.50, with opportunities for quarterly raises based on performance. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including paid training, overtime, health insurance, and 401k matching.

Job Description

As a Route Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for safely driving and operating your delivery vehicle, navigating various routes throughout the delivery area, and delivering packages to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times
  • Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED and strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers
  • Use Android handheld devices for routing information and customer delivery
  • Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area
  • Load and unload packages to be delivered
  • Perform tasks with or without reasonable accommodation, such as lifting packages up to 50 lbs. and assisting customers with special add-on services

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment with a "FOR HIRE" endorsement
  • Must pass a drug test

Work Schedule

We operate on 8-10 hour shifts, 6 days a week, with opportunities for overtime. Our open schedule allows us to accommodate our team members' needs and preferences.
