We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Williamson Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting overall organizational goals.

We offer a range of in-patient and out-patient services, including medical, surgical, and emergency care.
About the RoleThis full-time Registered Nurse position is available on our Adult Medical/Surgical unit. You will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and planning patient care with a focus on delivering compassionate and culturally competent healthcare. Your expertise will help us provide the highest level of care to our patients, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout their stay with us.
Responsibilities- Coordinate, implement, and plan patient care in a timely and accurate manner.
- Develop and update patient care plans based on individual needs, identifying problems/needs, nursing diagnosis, standards of care/practice, interventions consistent with identified problems and attainable outcomes.
- Function independently with treatments, procedures, and equipment appropriate to areas evidence by adherence to policy, procedure, and competency-based assessment and no pattern or trend of problem.
- Handle, transport, store, prepare, and administer medications/solutions safely and in accordance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
- Document accurately and timely.
- Reassess patient's condition, evaluate patient response, and modify plan of care accordingly and in a timely manner.
- Accept charge responsibilities and assign staff with consideration of patient condition and care requirement, acuity, and complexity of patient's condition.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Valid nursing license in Tennessee required.
- At least one year of pediatric in-hospital experience preferred.
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification within 6 months of hire.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while ensuring patient safety and well-being.
