Job Title: Direct Support Professional

Job Summary:
At Intandem DBA Cattaraugus County Rehabilitation Center Inc, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities by providing assistance, instruction, and support to help them achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
Promote the health, safety, and well-being of individuals in our care
Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other staff members
Participate in regularly scheduled trainings to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid New York State driver's license that meets the Agency's driving policy
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rate: $16.00 - $17.00
