We are currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to become a vital part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy services to both children and adults.
- Design and execute treatment strategies based on assessment results.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including clinical interviews, medical histories, physical assessments, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic approaches grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies tailored to each client's individualized treatment plan.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all therapeutic interventions and plan execution in the electronic medical record system.
- Engage with parents regarding their child's developmental progress.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and meetings as required.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution, with at least 60 credits completed and a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
Skills Required:
- Proficient in working with both children and adults.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively in various formats.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds independently.
Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package is available after a specified period of employment.
Expected Work Hours: Approximately 32 hours per week.
