Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused River Ranger to join our team at BlueWater Casino & Resort. As a River Ranger, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests in the river and canopy areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests in the river and canopy areas, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and efficient operation.
  • Handle cash and perform duties as assigned to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Uphold and confirm reservations for Canopy from the Sales Department.
  • Clean, stock, and lock up restrooms as needed.
  • Assure the overall cleanliness of the beach and playground area, notifying the Grounds Department for assistance with trash, BBQ debris, etc.
  • Enforce rules of the Beach as established by Management.
  • Work in all weather conditions and be prepared to handle physical and verbal abuse and aggression.
  • Enforce RV parking areas and may be used as a Retail Attendant in other Retail outlets as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in parks and/or preservation work preferred.
  • CPR/First Aid Training.
  • Valid driver's license to operate company vehicles.
Work Environment

The River Ranger will work centrally based outside and will be subject to various weather conditions depending on the time of year.
