As a Local Truck Driver CDL A or B Moffett/Boom with TransDirectUSA, you will play a critical role in delivering building supplies to commercial and residential job sites, retail stores, and other destinations across New Castle, PA. You will be responsible for transporting materials and equipment using single chassis flatbed trucks equipped with Moffett and/or boom systems.
This is a Direct-Hire opportunity offering Hourly pay, Home Daily, No Overnights, and Full Benefits. As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to work with a leading provider of commercial and residential roofing, siding, windows, decking, specialty lumber, waterproofing, and air barrier systems to the North American building industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and unload building supplies to commercial and residential job sites, retail stores, etc.
- No rooftop deliveries, ground drops only.
- Drive CDL trucks to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations.
- Drive single chassis flatbed truck with Moffett and/or boom.
- Provide excellent customer service and on-time deliveries.
- Check mechanical aspects of vehicles.
- Report maintenance/repair issues on trucks and/or equipment.
Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License, with air brakes endorsement, and have a current DOT Medical Card. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 1 year experience using CDL A or CDL B commercial license. Experience with Moffett and/or boom trucks is preferred but not required.
