Shift Availability: Options for Day or Night shifts. Night shift roles come with a $1,000 Bonus after completing the initial 1,000 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines, ensuring accurate program execution
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including fluid checks and chip removal
  • Conduct inspections during production to ensure quality standards
  • Implement minor adjustments to programs, focusing on tool offsets
  • Replace worn tools, including inserts and drills, as necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation for parts handling and traceability

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in machine operation and part securing techniques
  • Understanding of machine upkeep requirements
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T symbols
  • Familiarity with inspection and measurement tools
  • Basic knowledge of CNC programming
  • Experience with tooling installation and removal
  • Adherence to specific handling and identification protocols

Essential Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Must possess authorization to work in the US and be at least 18 years of age
  • Capable of lifting up to 20 pounds and standing for the majority of the work shift
