Job Summary:

Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school setting. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing services to school-aged students in grades K-5.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for students with communication disorders
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to integrate speech therapy into the educational setting
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • California SLP license or pending
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
