Banking Associate

As a Retail Banker, you'll play a critical role in caring for our customers each day, providing exceptional service and support to help them achieve their financial goals.

We're looking for talented individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and have a strong desire to grow and develop their skills in a dynamic and inclusive team environment.

• Achieve individual sales targets by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services that meet customers' needs.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Handle branch servicing duties, including vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.
• Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in a manner consistent with our Woodforest Experience training.

• 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience, or an Associate's degree and 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be positive, engaging, and possess excellent communication skills.
