Dishwasher Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a dishwasher at Grove Bay Concessions, located in the RDU Airport area. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dishwashing area, ensuring all dishware is properly sanitized and ready for use. Key responsibilities include washing, sanitizing, and storing all dishes, glassware, utensils, and other kitchen equipment, as well as assisting with food preparation and emptying trash and disposing of waste properly. To be successful in this role, you should have strong attention to detail, be able to multitask, and possess knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation techniques.

• Dishwashing: Wash, sanitize, and store all dishes, glassware, utensils, and other kitchen equipment.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
• Food Preparation: Assist with the preparation of food items as needed.
• Garbage and Waste: Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.
• Food Safety and Sanitation: Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Communication: Communicate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
• Additional Duties: Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
