Revenue Collector

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Collector to join our team at YoungWilliams Child Support Services. This role involves collecting taxes and fees from taxpayers and updating records within our information system to accurately reflect amounts reported and due.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect taxes and fees from taxpayers
• Update records within our information system to accurately reflect amounts reported and due
• Review and correct tax returns to ensure compliance with current tax laws
• Confer with taxpayers and tax professionals to educate them on tax laws and departmental policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a business-related field
• Minimum 1 year of call center or customer service experience
• Familiarity with tax laws or accounting/bookkeeping preferred
• Strong computer skills and typing proficiency required

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
