Position Overview

Join the esteemed team at Lotus of Siam, renowned for its exceptional Northern Thai cuisine. We are seeking a dedicated Wok Chef to contribute to our culinary excellence.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
  • Prepare and serve all wok-based dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Accurately measure and weigh ingredients for consistency.
  • Restock and maintain the cooking station as needed.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations as mandated by the local health department.
  • Possess a valid Food Handler Safety Card.
  • Implement proper food storage techniques, following FIFO principles.
  • Assist in cleaning and sanitation tasks as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in wok cooking is required.
  • Ability to wok-cook and remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and bending as necessary.
  • A collaborative spirit and a positive demeanor are essential.
  • Knowledge of Asian culinary techniques and ingredients is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
