Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
- Prepare and serve all wok-based dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Accurately measure and weigh ingredients for consistency.
- Restock and maintain the cooking station as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations as mandated by the local health department.
- Possess a valid Food Handler Safety Card.
- Implement proper food storage techniques, following FIFO principles.
- Assist in cleaning and sanitation tasks as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- A minimum of one year of experience in wok cooking is required.
- Ability to wok-cook and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and bending as necessary.
- A collaborative spirit and a positive demeanor are essential.
- Knowledge of Asian culinary techniques and ingredients is preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
