Job Overview

Position Type: 100% onsite role

Qualifications: Associate's Degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred), 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Cycle Count and Product Pricing Support, General Ledger Account Analysis, and proficient Excel skills with a grasp of fundamental functions and formulas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and report on cost-related elements of the organization, ensuring that corrective measures are taken when necessary.
  • Engage in various general accounting tasks that occur on a daily, weekly, monthly, or annual basis, including but not limited to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Cycle Count and Product Pricing Support, General Ledger Account Analysis, Sales and Margin Reporting, and other finance-related obligations.
  • Process and record accounts payable transactions as required, ensuring accurate and timely payment of all invoices.
  • Handle cash receipts processing and maintain accurate accounts receivable records throughout the fiscal year.
  • Monitor and report on Cycle Count activities and results to ensure compliance and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis concerning sales, margins, and inventory.
  • Capture and report on employee and machine efficiency across all areas of the production floor.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including maintaining the fixed asset register and preparing necessary journal entries.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts monthly to ensure and uphold ledger accuracy.
  • Analyze margin results related to shipped products and jobs, tracking process improvement initiatives for future enhancements.
  • Conduct credit verification for new customers.

Additional Requirements: Must successfully pass a 4-panel drug test (excluding marijuana).
