Concierge Job DescriptionPhoenix Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Experience: Provide a warm welcome and greeting to visitors, guests, and residents, and offer beverages as needed.
- Communication: Contact the Community Engagement Director and Executive Director to meet with prospective residents, families, or visitors, and ensure wait times are minimal.
- Appointment Management: Manage appointments for residents and family members, such as hairdressers, transportation, and other services.
- Message Taking: Take complete messages with pertinent information and communicate them to the intended recipient.
- Community Overview: Offer a community overview to callers, determine who to forward the call to, and notify the caller of the transfer.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Proven customer service experience and skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge and experience in the Senior Living Industry preferred.
