Job Title: Production Mixer

We are seeking a skilled Production Mixer to join our team at Litehouse Foods. As a key member of our production staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mix systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Load ingredients into blenders and utilize pumping and metering systems to produce high-quality recipes.
• Changeover and wash out machinery between jobs while adhering to strict allergen guidelines and detailed wash requirements.
• Maintain a clean work area and participate in facility housekeeping.
• Utilize data collection systems for inventory accuracy and traceability, including first-in-first-out (FIFO) inventory management.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires frequent overtime and weekend work. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to use computer-based batch automation technology.
• Physical ability to frequently lift up to 55 pounds independently.

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $21.00/hour, commensurate with experience.
