Your Role:

As a driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring safe and dependable transportation for our passengers. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about assisting others and meeting the following qualifications:

Non-CDL Drivers:

  • Starting pay of $16.87 per hour for Paratransit services.
  • We prioritize safety by providing personal protective equipment (PPE) for all employees.
  • A valid Illinois state driver's license with a minimum of three (3) years of driving experience in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening.
  • Assist passengers with boarding and alighting from the vehicle.
  • Secure mobility aids such as wheelchairs and walkers.
  • Maintain accurate trip records and utilize onboard communication systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

CDL Drivers:

  • Starting pay of $19.15 per hour for Fixed Route services.
  • We offer paid CDL training and assistance with obtaining your permit.
  • Safety is our priority; we provide personal protective equipment (PPE) for all employees.
  • A valid Illinois state driver's license with a minimum of three (3) years of driving experience in the U.S.
  • Applicants must obtain a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical.
