CareerStaff Unlimited is seeking a skilled Travel Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at a correctional facility in Eloy, AZ.

About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to work in a correctional facility setting, providing high-quality patient care to individuals with medically complex conditions. As a Travel LPN, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily activities, administering medications, and providing nursing care as directed by the supervisor.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily bath, dressing, grooming, and other activities
  • Administer medications and provide nursing care as directed by the supervisor
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration
  • Provide patient education and health teaching as needed
  • Participate in staff development programs and meetings
Requirements
  • Graduate of a nationally approved Nursing program
  • Current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
