Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CDL driver to join our team at L-Z Truck Equipment Company. As a part-time CDL driver, you will be responsible for delivering finished Class 6 trucks to customer destinations and performing various tasks related to the transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and deliver finished Class 6 trucks to customer destinations, typically within a 100-mile radius.
  • Take the trucks to local weight and gas stations for maintenance and inspection.
  • Work within the hours of operation of the company, which is between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Requirements
  • Class B CDL Driver License or Class A with Air Brake Endorsement.
  • At least 22 years of age.
  • No more than three moving violations in the past three years.
  • No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years.
  • Must create a profile at the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse before being hired.
