We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Tech Reception. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting donors at the plasma collection center and conducting a series of registration procedures to verify donor suitability for the plasma pheresis process.
Key Responsibilities- Assist donors with registration and verification procedures
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Provide excellent customer service and support to donors
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth and efficient donation process
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
