As a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to deliver compassionate nursing care to residents in Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), and other post-acute facilities near you.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Compassionate Care: Provide nursing care to residents in ALFs, SNFs, and other post-acute facilities
  • Observe Resident Health: Monitor the general health and welfare of residents throughout shifts
  • Assist with Daily Living: Help with personal hygiene, feeding, mobility, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Transport Residents: Transport residents to and from their beds and wheelchairs and other locations throughout a facility
  • Offer Companionship: Provide companionship to residents and support their sense of dignity
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate with visitors, family members, and staff throughout shifts

To be eligible for this role, you must have a current Maryland Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification. Fluency in medical terminology and nursing care procedures is also required.
