In this critical role, you will play a key part in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organization that our customers have come to expect from City Barbeque and Catering. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and sanitizing all prep equipment, as well as maintaining the overall tidiness of the dish pit.

Key Tasks:
  1. Ensuring all prep equipment, including utensils and dishes, is cleaned and sanitized to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a safe working environment.
  2. Maintaining the dish pit area, ensuring it remains organized and clutter-free.
  3. Collaborating with the kitchen staff to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the line and prep areas.
