Dexian is seeking a skilled Financial Services Case Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage and Resolve Cases: Work through a queue of 50+ customer complaints, prioritizing cases based on risk and age, and resolving issues through research and communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Deliver High-Quality Results: Close 8-10 cases per week with a 95% or higher quality rating, ensuring that all resolutions are accurate and meet client needs.
  • Escalate and Advocate: Recognize escalation needs, such as elder abuse or ADA concerns, and advocate for clients when necessary, providing credible challenge to internal teams to ensure fair outcomes.
  • Communicate Effectively: Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively diffuse situations and translate complex information into clear, concise language for clients.
