Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team.

- Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of solutions, driving continuous quality improvement.
- Meet all accountabilities of a Registered Nurse, adhering to the highest standards of practice and professionalism.
- Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing.
- Previous 1.5-2 years recent related clinical nursing experience and a demonstrated level of performance and practice required.
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
